Yo, How Does This 4 Way Look?

    Posted: 27 Aug 2020 09:07 PM PDT

Seriously, how long and frequent are your Factorio game sessions ? How do you get anything done ?

    Posted: 28 Aug 2020 02:09 AM PDT

I'm not going to tell you the story of my life, so in a nutshell I get back from work at 6:30, and by the time the kids are in bed and supper is over, it's at BEST 9pm.

Fire up Factorio, resume my game, finish what I was doing last time, plan what's next aaaaand the alarm rings. It's midnight, and yeah, I'm not making that mistake again, I set up an alarm. How in hell can I achieve so little in 2 to 3 hours ? The game is such a time warp it blows my mind.

Anyway, this is my first "real" factory. I'm about 10 hours in, just built my first train and started refining crude oil. When I look online and see those MASSIVE megafactories spanning several kilometers and pumping out millions of whatever per minute, I'm just flaggerbasted. Do these guys work 12 hours a day on their game or what ? What are your Factorio gaming sessions habits/routine ?

Edit : fuck me, I suspected I might be a little off with this "10 hours in" guess so I looked it up... My current game has been going on for 24 hours. Twenty fucking four. A whole day. And it felt like 10 hours. How.

Controversial idea: nuclear explosions should erase resources

Maybe that way there will be a stock way to delete them and a reason to clear some of the biter bases manually.

[VANILLA] Ive found colored concrete in the editor. But why can't we make them in regular free play without editor? Ive also looked around and didn't see anyone talk about them.

Hello, I'm a longtime lurker on here but I wanted to share this base of mine. As you can see I'm not into the main-busses-system 😅 There are a lot of moving trains and I get run over fairly regular...
