Why are enemies are just idling? Posted: 25 Nov 2019 06:19 AM PST So a few days ago I created a world with my friends, we used RSO to make resources rare, which means we have to travel far to get what we need. But after 60 hours of play time we have noticed that we barely getting attacked. So we installed Rampant, played for 10 hours and still no change. Using radars we can see that enemies are just standing still even if their nest is covered with pollution. We have enemies expansion turned off and are using Bob's Enemies (and Rampant) [link] [comments] | ||
[Realistic Reactors] My 4th Generation Smart Reactor Posted: 25 Nov 2019 12:47 AM PST Did some re-working on my reactor circuitry to clean things up and trim the fat. As per usual, temperature protected, doesn't explode. [Insert Chernobyl reference here] Fuel insertion is time based with a maximum steam threshold. If you have more steam than the limit, it won't fuel but it will keep running. The master control circuitry is the biggest change. . Screenshot of the master control circuit Infinitely extendable. Wire the reactor control pylons together like here If you want to run 150 reactors on this, you can. If you want to run one, you can. If you want to expand the reactor circuit while the rest is running, you can - it just won't fire up until the next time the master circuit fires it off. EDIT: I discovered a circuit flaw shortly after I posted. If you've grabbed it already, re-grab the pastebin. Edit2: Some critical changes to this blueprint are under way while I debug mysterious shit and perfect the circuiting. Will have edit 3 just below this and attach the pastebin print when it's ready. Edit 3: Reactor hysteresis has been fixed along with the general circuit fuckery. Edit 4: Clean up of the edit fuckery. Also looking to understand how this is measured - 12 hour sustained numbers? Also must be above 60ups or is it calculated as (SPM/UPS) *60? Clarity/help will be appreciated! For example some big robot walker who can be controlleded via remote? I feel like you should be able to send robots to destroy bases in end game. Let me know what you think about it!
