    I just realized the ratio between blue circuit factories and green circuit factories, when they are whole numbers, is such that the total blue circuits produced per minute end up covering common screen resolutions. NSFW for obvious reasons.

    Tutorial or instructions on new 1.1.8 train GUI?

    Hi there, has anyone got a link to a tutorial on the new train GUI in 1.1.8 please?

    It seems simple enough, but then one of my stations shows this information:

    4 stations called \"Mine - <copper>. What does 3/6(!) mean?

    Here's my setup:

    • 4 mines have this name
    • 8 trains have this station in their schedule
    • Each mine has a train limit of 2 (-- EDIT 1:-- except one doesn't! maybe this helps?)
    • A the time of the screenshot, 2 of the 8 trains were elsewhere unloading.

    I've figured out from a process of guesswork that the [4] is the number of stations with that name (pretty obvious) and that the "3" seems to be the number of trains actively pathing towards (or currently at) those stations.

    I *thought* I had configured a train limit of 2 at each mine, and 8 trains / 4 mines seemed right. I actually discovered that ONE of the mines had no limit.

    Given all of this information - it is possible to understand what "6" and "(!)" are for?

    (or of course, a pointer to a blog post, tutorial or explanatory doc please!!)

    -- EDIT 2:-- upon setting a train limit on that final mine, the numbers changed to 4/8 without an exclamation mark.

    I hypothesise then that the exclamation means (you have train limits on SOME of these stops, which might not work very well) and the "6" (now "8") is "total train limit" ??? Have I got this right (I'm sure I've missed a documentation post somewhere!!)

    Some time ago I noticed my favorite solar blueprint got removed from pastebin, namely: https://www.reddit.com/r/factorio/comments/7f4tbh/165mw_tileable_solar_radar_robo_9999_perfect_ratio/. (Since I apparently can't send a priv, I can't contact OP.) I took liberty of recreating it from blueprint photo, but I have not redone the automation.

    Why can't you just use belts that remain constant? Is it because it's expensive with belts? If not, why?
