    Hello guys, i really need to turn this off, whenever i take dmg my screen goes full epileptic mode and it scare me to get that, i play for having fun not for going straight into emergency

    So... is there a way to change this?? it is painful and i cant fight biters due to that

    After getting destroyed by the first CME I've prepared for the much more difficult one...

    This is for Space Exploration mod, which sends Coronal Mass Ejections (Solar beams that destroy your base, but can be defended with MASSIVE amounts of stored energy)

    The first CME I wasn't ready for (which requires 2.5~ GW) destroyed 500k worth of oil tanks and crippled me for a while.

    Now I've taken it more seriously and prepared...much more difficult this time since it requires 6+ GW of power. Thought I would share my setup!

    If you want I have others I've been putting together for SE mod to help me out when I play through it again later (or just scale things to other planets etc)

    Do hives grow larger over time?

    I'm aware that hives are able to send out bugs to make new ones, but is it possible for an already existing hive to grow larger than it was initially after being made? I noticed earlier that a nearby hive was larger than the map had said it was when I had previously gotten near it, and I was wondering if this was because the hive itself had grown.

    Spidertron + arachnophobia

    My gf and I enjoy to play factorio, but... she's not very comfortable about the spidertron. She acknowledges it's a super smart thing, but, she really doesn't like it. I haven't played around with mods, but are you guys aware of a mod that shows the spidertron as some other animal? She joked that a giraffe-tron would be awesome.

    schematics over belts

    i have a game where im using a main bus, im also using schematics to build the belt balancers, the problem is that any time i want to build a balancer i have to destroy some of the belts becouse the spliters are on top of the belt.

    is there any way to make te schematic automaticaly destroy the belts under it?

    Learning about advanced oil processing

    I have advanced oil processing now and built a couple of refineries.

    At the moment all I want is the lubricant so I can make electric motors for power armor and exoskeletons, so I have the heavy oil outputs piped to a chemical plant to make the lubricant.

    It looks like the heavy oil is stuck in the pipes - the chemical plants aren't processing it, and the refinery says output full. So I have to such out all three of the outputs to get anything to move out? If that is the case and I don't need the products yet, what do I do with them? An infinite array of storage tanks?

    Just about to head into space, and wondering if suit panels get the efficiency modifier that the factory solar does. If they do they are definitely going to be an improvement over the 300kW generators i can also get.

    Hello all!

    I'm using power switches to turn on/off submodules of my factory using global signals. I'm having a unique problem with a stubborn switch that won't turn on. The signal is such that the switch should be connected.

    Management of robots?

    Is there a way to make a Roboport keep a certain number of construction bots in it?

    I've tried connecting the network options but it only reads the entire network not the individual roboport...

    Also - TIL roboports have names - :)
