Is it a good practice to make a separate factory just for green circuits? Posted: 16 Oct 2020 05:44 AM PDT I'm confused here. Green circuits can be made instantly and uses main basic resources. I think I'll have to provide iron and copper plate to whatever I'm producing anyway, so why not make green circuits there only. To put this question in a better way, should I make little green circuit assemblies all around my map for different recipes or should I make a single centered huge green circuit factory. Sorry for bad english! [link] [comments]

Posted: 16 Oct 2020 06:22 AM PDT So, i was bored in my factory, then i looked at the lake i had by the side of my base and thought: "Hmm, why don't build a monza track?" [link] [comments]
GUIDE: get the "There is no spoon"-achievement like a real man, on 100% default settings! Posted: 16 Oct 2020 04:13 AM PDT Would you like to get the "There is no spoon"-achievement like a real man, on 100% default settings? (Biters ON, default resources) In the past months I've been designing, refining and optimizing a step-by-step guide, defining a build order that will work on most to all default maps on default settings. The guide is now finished, and has a good margin of error built in: I can launch in under 6 hours strictly following the guide, and I'm pretty bad at fast/accurate building. I believe this guide is suitable for all players past the absolute beginner stage (if you try it out, let me know how it went, and if any step was not clear enough) I'm making a well-edited and scripted video series out of it (100% to the point content, not a 90% blah 10% play let's play). Next to the video, i've put the guide in an excel document which is available for download, as well as the map seed if you want to play on the same map as in the video (recommended). Even if you're not going for the achievement, you will probably learn a bunch of neat tricks you didn't know about, and you can still use it as a guide to launch your first rocket in general. The second part is out today, and I'm aiming at 3 more weekly releases for both the video and the written guide. If you want to give it a try, start a new map and play along! [link] [comments]

The Server Browser really needs a language filter Posted: 15 Oct 2020 10:47 PM PDT I don't want to play on servers that only have Chinese players on it, and I want to filter them out of the browser. [link] [comments]
Posted: 16 Oct 2020 07:25 AM PDT I've decided to finally check out Space Exploration (and all required dependencies). But I have a couple of questions regarding mods before I do...
I've also heard about a mod called Space Exploration Nauvis Resource Fixer, is this recommended. What is it actually fixing? I read that it removes limits? Any other recommended mods? Or any in that list that aren't fully compatible and could cause issues? Finally, any (non-spoiler) advice for SE itself :) ? Premier2k [link] [comments]
