    Suggestion: Remove belt immunity equipment the same way axes were removed, and simply make it a toggle-able option (like the exoskeleton/personal roboport buttons) once you've researched it

    1x1 belt immunity with a 1x1 solar panel is kind of redundant when you have a portable fusion reactor or two. Why not just let us have another battery?

    Also I remember another post a few weeks ago about toggling the belt immunity equipment when running the same direction as belts vs opposite direction. With the new shortcut bar buttons for exos/robo, I think this is a reasonable thing to have

    Is there any way I can get construction robots to work out of a cargo car? I'm somewhat early game but I need a train to get zinc from outside the base but biters keep attacking the rails which makes the train get stuck because it dent have a path. I was hoping I'd be able to stick a construction robot and some rails inside the train and it would rebuild as it got to holes but so far it's doing no such thing.

    Suggestion: When sandbox mode and cheat mode are on, any items help in hand and then clicked into the item gui will be deleted.

    This came to me after trying to use sandbox mode to design a factory starter base but kept getting annoyed at the fact there was nowhere to delete the infinite amounts of items that pile in your inventory... If I've missed something that already does this I apologize, I looked a little for one.

    How to setup a backup steam system?

    So due to the rapid deforestation caused by some small robots chipping away at a mini minor major forest, I have a tiny surplus of wood. My idea is is to have a single boiler setup, fuelled by wood, which runs before the rest of my boilers, which would help remove the wood from the system.

    How about might I be able to set it up, I tried using power switches before to control an oil refinery and didn't quite grasp them then, so consider me a confused noob.

    So, I'm replacing my computer, and wanted to get some more games, and I thought of Factorio, because it looks like a game I would play, but after browsing this subreddit in hope of finding out what it actually is, I have had no success. So, what is Factorio? As in, what is the goal?

    Any way to modify stack limit of chest/wagon that does not require it to be first removed?

    Let's say I have a cargo wagon for my build train in which I'm using only 5 slots of storage, each slot is filtered for a specific item, the rest of the storage is disabled with "stack limit". Around the wagon I have quite a few inserters with full boxes of stuff, just waiting to insert anything. Now I want to add another - sixth - item to the wagon. So I set the filter for the next empty storage slot (which is still disabled), set up the box and inserter with the stuff. But here comes the hard part <: The stack is limited to 5 slots and I would like to increase it to 6 slots. However there doesn't seem to be a way to change the limit on-the-fly - I have to first remove it completely, then set it again to a different value. During this short time all the inserters around the wagon start to insert stuff at max speed, which I then have to remove and put back where appropriate.

    Is there a better (and still easy/quick!) way (apart from manually removing/rotating the inserters during modifications), or maybe there's none? If it's the latter, maybe something like this could be implemented in next version? (;
